04/07 Okay I have an update on the guide. As you can see I have made the menu that will one day soon lead to information that I wished I had when I first started out. To give you an idea of what I knew when I did start out... Well that's real simple. I worked 2 weeks when I was 20 as a house framer and before that I took shop in middle school. I was real hungry for information and I was looking for anything that had to do with building amp cabinets. I couldn't find much at all. Now I feel I have learned ALOT! Most things by trial and error and buying tools I did not need and discovering tools that I did need and wish I had in the start. So I am working on a guide that will help others and save you hundreds if not more in tools and things that I have tried and found useless. If you have questions about how something out there works for building cabinets most likely I can answer you!
08/07 I have added a couple guides from the last time I posted on this page. I have drawn up a little guide to how I install the string piping and I have added a couple things to the Tips and tricks section. I have added a couple plans to the cabinet plans section. Over the past year that I have had my site up and running I have had the google ads on the bottom of the page. The reason that I have them on my site is to help this section. I am going to use the first $300 that this site earns from the ads to buy a cheap DV video recorder which I will use to make a video guide to tolex and tweed and other guides too. Can you imagine a video you can stream from the web on building a champ cabinet?
Every time a ad is clicked on I get closer to the goal but don't click on anything your not interested in.
